1980. Efter ännu en arbetsdag på Kibo Art Gallery, Marangu, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, sitter Rolf Bergström, Gunborg Westlund och Hans Björn och vilar sig i Kibo Hotels lobby. Det grova taket i den här lobbyn blev förstört av rök och 1967 gav den tyska ägaren till hotellet, fru Bruehel, Charles Njau i uppdrag att renovera det tillsammans med de andra taken på hotellet.Foto: Åsa Hasselrot

1980. After another working day at Kibo Art Gallery, Marangu, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, Rolf Bergström, Gunborg Westlund and Hans Björn rest in the lobby of Kibo Hotel.The groovy ceiling of this lobby was damaged by smoke and in 1967 the Germany owner of this Hotel Mrs. Bruehel commissioned Charles Njau to renovate it together with the other ceilings in the hotel.Photo: Åsa Hasselrot
