1980: Studenter från Kungliga Konsthögskolan besökte en chaggafamilj och såg hur man lever och tar hand om sina kor. Det här är ett skydd för korna som är byggt som ett komplement där de kan vara dagtid. Under natten är de i samma hydda som familjen. Korna blir utfodrade med bananblad och saftiga bananpalmstammar som skivas på ett speciellt sätt så att de blir lättuggade.Foto: Kerstin Rydh

1980. Students of the Royal Academy of fine arts visited a Chagga family and saw how they live and take care of their cows. This is an additional complimentary shelter in constrast with the traditional Chagga hot for the cows to be out in the day light and be fed with banana leaves and the juicy banana stems sliced in special formation to make them easy to be eaten at the same time.Photo: Kerstin Rydh
